ORDERING INFORMATION

How do I order online?

Ordering online is easy and safe. Our website will guide you, but here is a quick preview:

1. Use our search bar or browse by department to find your item.

2. Click on the item.

3. Read the product details, choose your size and customization options.

4. Click Add to Cart.

5. Adjust quantities in your shopping cart if needed.

6. Check your order carefully, then click Check Out.

7. Enter your shipping information, select a shipping type, click Apply to view your total, then Continue.

8. Enter payment information and any coupon/gift certificate codes, then Continue. (Your card will not be charged at this step.)

9. Review your order, then click Submit Order.

How do I change my order?

You can change or cancel your order anytime before it enters the shipping process.

Contact customer service via online chat or email [email protected] as soon as possible.

If you do not receive a confirmation email about the change, it likely has not been processed.
We cannot change, cancel, or correct your order after it has entered shipping.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us immediately.

If lost during shipping, we will reship a new package for free.

Do you accept customized teamwear orders?

Yes! We welcome team and corporate orders and offer volume discounts.

Together with our professional artists, your representative will help create the exact personality and look for your team. Choose from our house logos or create your own masterpiece to ensure your team looks their best.

Can I place an order for my retail business?

We welcome corporate orders with volume discounts.

SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

Delivery takes 5 – 25 business days to most addresses.

Customizations, back-orders, and special-orders may extend processing times.

Shipping is based on weight/quantity:

• Orders under 15 shirts or 3kg ship as one package.

• Over 15 shirts or 3kg, an additional shipping fee applies.

What shipping methods do you use?

We offer affordable ePacket shipping.
You can pay for Express Shipping for faster delivery.

Is any merchandise restricted in my country?

Sports apparel is not generally restricted, but please check with your local customs agency before ordering.

Do you charge tax?

EU Countries: 8% VAT charged at checkout.
USA: 8% tax charged at checkout.
Other Countries: No tax charged at checkout, but local customs may assess taxes/duties before delivery.

Note: You are responsible for all customs fees, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes assessed at your border.

May I return an item?

Yes. Contact us before returning for a shipping charge estimate.

What should I do if an item is missing, defective, or incorrect?

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Contact us immediately, and we will correct your order as efficiently as possible.

We can usually reship a new jersey for free.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

We only accept returns of jerseys without customized badges, names, or numbers.

Return Guidelines

1. Return within 30 days of receipt.

2. Products must be in marketable condition and in original packaging.

3. For used items, a 30-day limited warranty applies. After that, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.

4. Refunds are processed within 2 days of our fulfillment center receiving and inspecting your return.

5. Contact us to avoid delays in processing your refund.

JERSEY CARE TIPS

1. Many details are hot-transfer printed. Hand wash recommended; machine wash can damage prints. If using a machine, wash inside out.

2. Do not scrub prints harshly. Avoid long exposure to sunlight. Hang jerseys when not worn.

3. If prints peel off, lay jersey flat, cover with clean non-stick plastic paper or stencil, and iron at 150°C for 7-8 seconds. Repeat if needed.
   Never iron directly on prints.
