Returns Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us in 30 days from the receipt of the parcel to get a full refund.

Please note that we don't afford the shipping fees for returning items and possible customs duties during the return process. 

After we receive the package returning, we will apply a refund or exchange the items for our customers.

No matter for which reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us first and ship the item to the right address in marketable condition.

Guide to Return

Please make sure that the products in its original condition.

Thats means the product hasn't been washed, worn, plastic packing removed, damaged.

Items with customized name and number or Washed already, it can not be return(no quality problem), Please understand. 

Exchange Policy:

Items without customized badge、name or number, it can be exchange other same value items or pay different price to exchange other items, but you should pay for the shipping fee of send back and resent.

What can i do for the size problem exchange?

Two Choose: 

1. You can ship back the item to exchange. you need to pay the shipping back.

2. You can pay $15 or 50% Charge of the exchange item, and we will resend you another size of the exchange size item again.
